The Baby's First Picture! -

Okay, most of you know that I had to take fertility medicine, Clomid, to get pregnant with our newest little one. There has been much speculation on whether I would have twins or more. (*Cough Cough* Lyndsey Jordan!!!!) To my great relief, I can assure you that there is one healthy baby! I'm sure I would have loved two or more but I think I would have stressed out too. Anyway, the doctor says the baby looks good and the heart beat looks strong! We are so excited and wanted to share it with you!
On a side note, P seems to be terrified of everything lately. He is even terrified of the heat vent in the floor of his room. He cries like crazy when we try to put him to bed. Have any of you gone through this and, if so, what have you done? I need some advice.

Congrats again. That is so exciting! I had to go on Clomid too with our little guy, and I must say I was relieved when we found out it was only one for sure, but I would have taken anything! Anywho--a few suggestions for Preston. We had to go and buy a picture of Jesus and put it right above our Daughters bed and explain that he can help us when we are scared and that he would watch over her, then I also read something the other day that said they would take a flashlight, (tell him it scares away scary things) and shine it on all the things that he's scared of before he goes to sleep so that he knows there is nothing there to be afraid of. Hope this helps. Good luck!!!

How fun! The first picture! We have the same problem with Emma right now. It is so hard but we found that if we use her kitty and tell her that she will keep her safe and if she gets scared to give her a big hug! Sometimes it works and sometimes it is cuddling while she cries herself to sleep! by the way who is your doctor?

Oh congrats! I'm so excited for you guys!

Jayda is still afraid of everything. I have learned to start monitering what she watches really closely, those Disney shows can be scary sometimes. Really, I've just looked at it as a phase to get through! Good luck!

Thanks for the comments on our blog. You'll have to stop by sometime and see our little baby. We definitely have the PRETTIEST baby in the world, but I MAY be a bit biased? We are so excited that you are having another baby! Congrats!
